A complete amateur boxing programme for non-fighters — built and supervised by licensed coaches, ending in a public bout.

The Programme
  1. Wk 1–2
    Foundations
    Stance, footwork, the jab. Three sessions a week with our pro coaches.
  2. Wk 3–4
    Combinations
    Two and three-punch combos, defensive movement, conditioning ramps up.
  3. Wk 5–6
    Sparring
    Controlled sparring under coach supervision. Tactics are built around your style.
  4. Wk 7
    Match-Up
    We pair you with a similarly weighted, similarly experienced opponent.
  5. Wk 8
    Fight Night
    Walkout, three rounds, the full theatre. Family and friends ringside.
Who It's For

Lawyers, bankers, builders, founders.

Every cohort is a deliberate mix. No experience required — just the willingness to train hard for two months and step through the ropes once. You'll be matched fairly, coached properly, and looked after on the night.
